At the last minute prior to departure, I discovered that the insurance card was not in the vehicle. Chaos happened as we prepared to postpone the trip, including hotel reservations and hopes for a pleasant evening. The agent was not available so I called my own agent in another city. Pam from the Matt Palowski agency in Kearney NE quickly accessed the necessary documents and emailed them to me. The new trike is in the truck and we are on the way to a weekend getaway.
